We can always use more volunteers to go up to the shelter to walk dogs, play with dogs, and play with cats. Even if you only have 1 hour every week or 1 hour a month, that time could make a big difference in the life of a shelter animal.
Dog Photographer and assistant to take the dogs available for adoption out of their kennel into a play area to try to get 5 or 6 good photos of each new dog for our adoption posters.
Videographer – we need someone who can go up to the shelter once a week & shoot some short 10-15 second videos of the animals available for adoption. We try to take the dogs out to the play areas for or photos & videos.
Article and News Contributors - Articles could highlight a shelter pet, follow up with an adopted pet, highlight one of the volunteers, talk about recent events, etc. And perhaps we could start monthly newsletter or just add it to our Posts & News blog section to start.
